Forty years later\, gain sharing automixing is offered as a feature by Avid\, Calrec\, Protec Audio\, SSL\, Studer\, Yamaha\, and Waves. Applications range from the ubiquitous panel discussions at conferences to presidential campaign debates and World Cup commentary.
