AES31 and Collaboration

A live, cross-application, collaboration demonstration will be given using AES31 in conjunction with Rocket Network. Topics of discussion will include:

• Rocket Network technology overview
• Collaboration models and Audio Production
• Issues encountered supporting AES31
• Realities of cross-application collaboration

Matthew Moller is co-founder and CTO of Rocket Network, Inc. of San Francisco, California. Mr. Moller has a broad background in music and technology and has received international recognition for his innovative ideas. Prior to co-founding Rocket Network, he developed audio software for International Jensen Inc., a diversified OEM manufacturer of loudspeakers and related components. Matt holds a degree in Music and Audio Technology from Northwestern University.

Directions

From the South Bay (San Jose/Peninsula) using Highway 280: Take 280 North towards San Francisco. Continue on 280 North heading towards Downtown San Francisco (right hand lanes). Exit on 6th Street Stay in the left hand lane, continuing straight until you get to Harrison Street & turn left. Follow Harrison to 8th Street & turn left. Follow 8th to Brannan Street & go right. Stay on Brannan until you get to 9th street & turn right. Get into the left hand lane, we're on the left, 540 Ninth Street (directly across the street from the Bed, Bath & Beyond/Trader Joes)

From the South Bay (San Jose/Peninsula) using Highway 101: Take 101 North towards San Francisco. Exit at Vermont Street. Turn left onto Vermont Street. Turn left onto 16th Street. Turn right onto San Bruno Ave (the first right you come to) San Bruno becomes 9th Street

From the North Bay (Marin County): Travel south on the Golden Gate Bridge towards San Francisco. Exit at Lombard Street. Follow Lombard to Van Ness Avenue & turn right. Follow Van Ness to Fell & turn left. Slight right onto 10th Street. Slight left onto Division Street. Turn left onto Brannan. Turn left onto 9th

From the East Bay (Oakland/Berkeley): Take the Bay Bridge heading west towards San Francisco Exit at Ninth Street/Civic Center Keep right at the fork in the ramp. Turn left onto Harrison. Turn left onto 10th (Do not get onto the Freeway, stay over a lane to the right & go past this on-ramp). Slight left onto Division Left onto Brannan Left onto 9th
